Meet at the entrance to Oxbow Preserve (call Kellan if you can’t find the group 206-409-8718)

This will be an easy mile walk, a short guided reflection with Elderberry, and the rest of the time spent making Elderberry syrup together. You will learn how to identify and harvest Elderberry and will get to harvest a bit of the berries for your syrup. The bulk of it will be pre-harvested.

Please wear close-toed shoes and a hat.

Please bring a water bottle, a pint jar with a lid, and scissors.

Please note that is a pay what you can event:

$33 covers sugar and charcoal or gas for heating our syrup pot

$66 covers the pre-harvested Elderberry

$99 covers Khela Herbs cost in administration, marketing, and Kellan’s time in teaching
